BURNS FLOAT GREASE WITH THESE 6 EXERCISES

Caring for your diet is not enough if you want to eliminate fat from your belly and hips.

Exercising also plays a crucial role: in addition to doing workouts at high intensity intervals, there are some strength exercises for the core that you have to test if you really want to get in shape. Finish your training session with a core workout with the following exercises: 30-60 seconds of each exercise, preferably three times in a row.

6 EXERCISES TO ELIMINATE THE FLOAT

1. SIDE PLANK OBLIQUE CRUNCH

Elbow right under the shoulder
Activate your buttocks and dig your hips as straight as you can (if someone looked at you from above you would have to see a straight line and not a vee)
Do not lower your hips to the ground
Lift your butt as much as you can

2. Russian Twist

Activate the core and lift the chest
The shoulders down and away from the ears
Keep your legs and knees as still as you can when you turn from side to side

3. LOW SIDE PLANK TWISTS

Elbow right under the shoulder
Activates the core, the glutes and the legs
Put your hips in a square position with respect to the ground when you turn

4. BICYCLE CRUNCHES

Activate the core and keep your back straight on the mat
Move your legs as low as you can without arching your back
Do the exercise quickly and with control
That it burns you: it takes the elbow to the knee of the opposite side.

5. HIGH PLANK KNEE CROSSES

Hands just below the shoulders
Shoulders, hips and feet aligned throughout the exercise
Activates the core, the glutes and the legs
Bring the knee to the elbow on the opposite side

6. WINDSHIELD WIPERS

Legs together, stretched and straight
Core activated, back straight on the mat
Rotate only until the shoulder detaches from the mat
